Bekigai is my life project. It exists to help people, especially young people, find their meaning, their direction and their reason to live.
We are living through huge shifts. Technology and AI are making people feel more and more replaceable. At the same time, social media binds our attention, creates something close to addiction and takes away the space to think about ourselves and the questions that matter.
For young people who haven't found their direction yet, this is a dangerous mix. No reason to get up in the morning, combined with constant noise. I don't think it's a coincidence that so many in this generation struggle with depression and mental health. I believe these things are connected.
I want to clear a path. To work out which questions are worth your focus, what really counts, what you can ignore, and what society tells you that may not matter at all for a fulfilled life.
In short: I want to create the guide I wish I had. Out of a kind of love for the people who come after us, and to bring a little light to a path that has become badly overgrown.
Videos, writing, courses, a community. The format matters less to me than the content. I want to ask questions, look for answers, develop thoughts and share them with you.
